  1. Equipment Query Data — Machine search terms, selected tractor models, serial number query submissions, and implement parameter inputs. These are processed to calculate specifications, match implements, or decode manufacturing years. Serial numbers entered in lookup forms are processed ephemerally in server memory and are not published or tied to individual identities.
  2. Anonymous Usage & Performance Data — Browser type, device category, referring URL, time spent on spec sheets, and performance telemetry to maintain sub-second index response times.
  3. Cookies & Local Storage — Lightweight functional cookies used strictly for user preferences (such as dark/light theme, measurement unit toggles, and saved comparison models). We do not deploy intrusive third-party cross-site behavioral tracking cookies.
  4. Account & Feedback Data — If you register an account or submit specification feedback, we collect your email address and submitted corrections.

How We Use Your Information

  • Deliver machine specifications, calculate ASABE draft requirements, and decode serial production years.
  • Improve data accuracy by identifying missing model variants and catalog discrepancies.
  • Prevent automated scraping, rate-limit abuse, and denial-of-service attempts.
  • Respond to data correction requests submitted by operators, mechanics, and collectors.

Data Sharing & Third Parties

  • No Sale of Personal Data: We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal information to third-party data brokers.
  • Infrastructure & Hosting: We utilize Cloudflare for secure edge content delivery, DDoS mitigation, and distributed database hosting.
